Saracen Equi Jewel Pellet is a high fat, stabilised, rice bran supplement designed to increase the energy density of a ration, thereby decreasing the reliance on cereal in the diet. Its calorie-rich design is intended to help maintain and aid weight gain on "hard-keepers" and horses with elevated energy demands such as the hard working equine athlete. The fat in Equi-Jewel is highly digestible and efficiently utilised by horses of all ages. Calcium carbonate is added to Equi-Jewel to balance the calcium phosphorous ratio of rice bran.
